Queen Mathilde of Belgium's birthday (2019)

Yesterday I received a lovely reply from Queen Mathilde of Belgium for her birthday!

The envelope looks similar to those I've received in the past from Belgium, however today's letter came open! Luckily nothing fell out of the envelope on its way to me.


Inside of envelope is a typed note. As you will notice, the letter contains a crown and a message in French, one of Belgium's three languages.

The message reads: "Her Majesty the Queen thank you wholeheartedly for the warm wishes you have given her on the occasion of her birthday.
The marks of sympathy you have shown him have gone straight to her heart."

Inside includes a photo of the Queen that was released on the day of her birthday printed on nice photo paper.
