His first port was to Cannon Hill Park, where he attended a dedication ceremony of the official memorial to the victims of two terrorist attacks that took place in Tunisia in 2015.

Overlooking the lake, the main sculpture is called "Infinite Wave" - a single wave consisting of 31 individual streams. Together, they represent the British nationals killed in the Bardo Museum attack in March 2015 and the Sousse attack in June 2015.

The United Kingdom's Foreign and Commonwealth Office was noted saying that they hope that site will be a place of "remembrance, commemoration and reflection for the families of those injured and killed."

Addressing an audience of 200 family and friends of victims, Harry said, "In memory of all those who lost their lives, and to the families whose lives were changed forever by these events, I would like to pay my deepest respects to you, and officially dedicate this memorial to your loved one."

He then laid a sing white rose on the memorial's centerpiece.

Following the dedication ceremony, the Duke met some of the families affected by the attacks at the Bardo Museum including Owen, 19, and his mother who lost three members of their family: Charles Patrick Evans, 78, his son Adrian Evans, 49, and grandson Joel Richards, 19.

More from People: "This memorial is fantastic, and it means we have a place to come and all be together,' said Suzanne. 'Owen and I set up a charity in Joel's memory. We gave Harry a 'Smile for Joel' bear for Baby Sussex. He was very pleased sand say, 'Lovely, thank you.'

"Suzanne also shared her fears as a mother with Prince Harry.

"I told him I worry about Owen, as his mom, and he said Owen needs to talk about all he's been through," she shared.

"Owen, 19, who's studying sports science, added, 'Harry said when he was younger he had people telling him he need to talk it [the death of his mother] but he shrugged it off. He said it wasn't until much later he took up the help.

"He said, 'It's really important to talk about it, and don't bottle it up.'"
