They kicked off their immensely busy day bright and early, with a visit to the Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports, which provides therapy to children with disabilities and those with mental health issues.

Upon arrival, the couple were sweetly greeted by the company's horses.

During their visit, Harry and Meghan met the centers founder Louis Broski who told the couple during their visit:  "It was a challenge, I started with one child, but now 16 years later we have 100 children. My aim is for all disabled children to be fully integrated into Moroccan society." Meghan replied "That is just so important, and this is just a gorgeous space you have here".

As the couple watched a grooming session of three Shetland ponies, they approached one who seemed to be a bit shaky. Harry, who noticed that the horse, Molly, was shaking asked, "Has anyone got any carrots? She's a bit nervous, this one." To which Meghan replied, "Well, we all get a little camera shy, I understand."

A nice video wrapping up today's engagement.

From there, Their Royal Highnesses visited Villa des Ambassadors in Rabat for a cooking demonstration

The royal couple were greeted by a group of local children, waving British and Moroccan flags. The Duke and Duchess were presented with gifts including a painting which Meghan held up and inspected.

The couple were then joined by Award-winning chef Moha Fedal. Much of you may remember that Prince Harry visited his restaurant in Marrakesh shortly before the Royal wedding last year. With Meghan and Prince Harry looking on, he taught aspiring young chefs aged nine to 18 how to make Cherine Mallah's Moroccan pancakes from Together: Our Community Cookbook, a charity cookbook supported by Meghan that "celebrates the power of cooking to bring communities together". It was compiled using recipes from women who started cooking together at London's Al Manaar, the Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre after the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire saw them displaced.

They sampled an array of dishes including spicy creations and a pigeon pastilla which Meghan called "delicious"

A great video from today's engagements. It was great to watch Harry and Meghan's reaction's after trying the food. At one point you can see Meghan telling Harry after he sampled a meal that's a "big bite", to which Harry responded by saying "It's a bit late now".

The Duke and Duchess next visited the Andalusian Gardens to hear about youth empowerment in the country from a number of young social entrepreneurs at a market. They saw traditional Moroccan arts and crafts on display in the walled public garden amid exotic plants, flowers and fruit trees.

Upon arrival, Harry and Meghan watched a traditional performance .

The Duke and Duchess met an array of vendors. The most notable though was when Harry squatted down to examine one craftsman’s pieces made of cedar wood, chatting with the seller as Meghan listened. The craftsman then gifted Meghan a necklace, placing it over her head to wear as she visited other stalls.

Silver craftsman Sakhi Driss had a photo of Prince Charles on display from when the visited his store in Fez that particularly caught Harry's eye sparking the question when was his visit and when was it taken.

The Royal couple then concluded their three-day visit with an audience with King Mohammed VI.

They were greeted by fifteen-year-old Prince Moulay Hassan, Crown Prince of Morocco. Much of you may remember he welcomed them three days prior at Casablanca airport.

They presented His Majesty with a letter from Her Majesty.

That officially concludes our coverage of the Royal tour. During the span of three-days we saw Meghan and Harry meet a young Crown Prince, head to the Atlas Mountains, meet horses, enjoy culinary and meet His Majesty the King of Morocco.
